You want to increase the quality and usefulness of data to inform your decisions, but are not sure where to start? Optimal use of data depends integrally on the quality of the data collected and the associated system, its attributes, and the governance under which it is established and used.

For organisations that are undergoing change, reform or on a quality improvement pathway, I understand that it can be difficult to know where to start especially when you are responsible for ongoing business operation which is already a full-time job.
Having the space to think about issues and embark on change can be hard. This is where I step in, helping to identify what needs to be changed, can be changed, what it could change to and how. I can support individual projects over the short term or have a longer engagement based on hours per week or month.
